Upon bringing the 4’ X 6’ custom kit home from Saunafin, I was prepared to spend days, even weeks to do the install properly, when it was complete about 10 hours later, I had to double check that I had actually put everything in correctly, it was perfect. My problem is I had not anticipated the ticking of the timer. Although it's not excessive it is slightly distracting during the peaceful, quiet time we spend in the sauna. Installed the unit right after Xmas. Just in time for our vacation to Cancun, more importantly, our return! Unit works great. I am so glad I ordered the larger unit (SM7) as the heat up time is fast (125sq.ft - tile). Probably takes 5 minutes from the start of steam to hot room and another 5 minutes until tile and room are hot enough that one can shut it off for a couple of minutes. The aftermath in coping with this debilitating disaster resulted in a period of horrible anxiety and depression coupled with insomnia. 12/09/12 Hello, Our sauna is a smallish one (4x6 feet) that is why I was not able to make an all-around photo :) But here are some parts of it as well as some photos of the construction process if they may interest you.  My husband and I, we did it all by ourselves even if it took a bit longer that 3-4 days you promised :) (in fact it was about 2 weeks) and we are very happy with the result. Maia, I was finally able to build my Sauna (inside only, as I am waiting for the insulation inspection and then the plastering contractor to finish the room). Three of us (a friend age 65, my wife age 60 and myself age 65) completed the structure in 6 hrs the first day and the interior in 2 hours the second day. The only problem we had was that we couldn’t get the roof boards in when we followed the instructions to install the boards from soffit to peak (not nailing the top 2 boards on both sides). From the moment we walked into the show room, the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The ordering process was very simple - we got a 5x7 pre-fab sauna kit and the wood was superior quality. Instructions were clear, installation went well and they answered any follow up questions we had. We love our new sauna!

I highly recommend Saunafin. I purchased the LK premium Sauna liner kit in western red cedar with the Sauna Craft XR wall mount heater. The quality of everthing included in the kit exceeded my expectations. The cedar was in perfect condition with no knots whatsoever. The heater works great and looks to be very well made.

I am very happy with the quality of cedar and heater I ordered through Saunafin. Directions for framing, installing cedar and heater are easy to understand. I spent 7 days on this 6x6 unit and am thrilled with the end results.

I just finished installing a 5 X 8 sauna in our house and want to thank Saunafin for providing a great product and service. I'm not an expert carpenter by any stretch, but was able to do the whole thing myself (except for the electrical) and it looks beautiful! I purchased Sauna Kit about five years ago. Everybody in store was friendly and ready to answer any question either about technical specifications or installation. Installation was very easy and can be done by one average handy person. Quality of material was very good and dimensions was precise. After moving to another house, there was no doubt where to buy Sauna Kit again. I did my order by the phone and I was able to pick material up in few hours. Excellent service.

Very happy with my outdoor cedar cabin Sauna, that I purchased through Saunafin. They addressed all my questions, and provided expert advice on the different options. It was shipped direct to my house, the shipper took time to help unload the container. Assembly was straightforward, no issues. It works great!

Put this in our VT ski lodge. We liked the look of knotty cedar over the clear and the fir boards. 8x8 sauna with two level "L" benches and traditional door. Good quality. it went in as we hoped, with few issues. Not the cheapest kit, but it worked out well for us. A few boards arrived damaged from shipping but they replaced them no problem.

I have bought two saunas from SaunaFin one was a built in unit and the other is an indoor stand alone unit. Both are very high quality wood with the stand alone unit having thick beautiful T&G boards which go together quick and easy.. The people at SaunaFin are good to work with and have terrific customer service. My first choice for another project.
